Providing information in different languages is one of the most important ways to improve the quality of your help and documentation system. HelpServer supports the creation and management of the information in multiple languages. All translated topics and files are kept tightly together to facilitate translation. When users define themselves, they select their language. If the help authors have made all the translations, users will be able to see the content in their own language.
Many companies have their own preferred translation vendors and may continue to rely on them. It’s entirely up to you which translation vendors you use. In HelpServer you can export entire folders for translation into an XML file. Your translator can then operate on this file. The translator would then produce the translated content in a valid HelpServer XML, which is then imported into HelpServer’s repository.
