The text editor’s standard formatting features work much like those found in typical word-processors. These are the functions to change characteristics such as font name and size, color, indents, aligning, etc. Everyone who is familiar with a present-day text processor will find they are rather simple to use. Next figure shows a piece of text with basic formatting characteristics.
